The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for Everyday Wellness
The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for Everyday Wellness is a must-have book for the aromatherapy libraries of beginners and intermediates who are eager to gain a solid understanding of specific essential oils, hydrosols and carrier oils and learn how to safely incorporate them within therapeutic and daily living applications. It is a good choice as a first book for those who are seriously interested in learning about aromatherapy.
The book is based on an aromatherapy book written a couple decades ago by Australian aromatherapy and herbal expert Nerys Purchon. Nerys Purchon passed away in 2011. Lora Cantele has beautifully and thoroughly revised and updated The Complete Aromatherapy & Essential Oils Handbook for Everyday Wellness to incorporate information and research discovered since the original book was published.
While I classify the book as most suitable for beginners and intermediates, the 480-page book and its numerous tips, recipes and supporting information also merits a place in the libraries of those with more advanced essential oil and aromatherapy knowledge.
