The Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild is the trade association for the handcrafted soap and cosmetic industry. Although they are not an aromatherapy or botanical organization, they offer many benefits to artisans that work with essential oils.
The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) is an educational, nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing public awareness of the benefits of true aromatherapy.

The Aromatherapy Global Online Research Archives (AGORA) is a dynamic, growing resource for noncommercial aromatherapy information. Many individuals within the aromatherapy community have freely contributed information to the AGORA project.
Dr. Kelly Ablard and the Airmid Institute offer a great deal of information and resources pertaining to the sustainability of essential oil bearing plants plus many other insightful articles regarding medicinal plants.
AromaBridge shares relevant, important information about aromatherapy and other complementary therapies. AromaBridge is coordinated and authored by Christina Smith and Sue Pace, both experienced and well respected aromatherapists.
Amongst other valuable information, this site contains the entire text for A Modern Herbal by M. Grieve. Written in 1931, A Modern Herbal contains profiles for approx. 800 herbs as well as other interesting information.
