If you're looking for recipes or synergies as well as detailed introductory information on Aromatherapy, The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy by Valerie Ann Worwood may be a better selection. If you're looking for even more recipes, however, this is a useful book to add to your collection. Most all recipes in this work are easy to make. 500 Formulas for Aromatherapy does contain recipe categories that are not contained in The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy. Besides the synergies and formulas in this 128-page book, it also contains some essential oil introductory information, safety information, and short descriptions of about sixty oils.
