Menstrual Cramps Aromatherapy Recipe
Menstrual cramping can be especially uncomfortable and can interfere with other activities. But... I'm sure that goes without saying to the many women (like me) that encounter painful cramping every time their period sets in.
This simple recipe, combined with the act of gentle massage, can help provide relief and ease those nasty cramps.
Please remember, however, that essential oils should not be used as a substitute for proper medical treatment.
Be sure to follow all safety precautions and research the safety info and contraindications for each individual oil.
Mix oils well in a clean, dark-colored glass bottle.
Very gently message a 2-3 drops of the diluted blend into the abdominal area. Repeat up to 2x daily.
