Natural Aromatherapy Hair Conditioner Recipe
This recipe is especially simple to make and results in a delicately scented, all-natural hair conditioner.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Jojoba
- 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
Directions
Mix the Jojoba and Lavender Essential Oil in a small bowl (tiny condiment bowls work great for this). Makes approximately one application. This recipe may be increased and stored in a glass bottle. (Since the quantity of essential oil in this recipe is quite diluted, this recipe may be stored in a bottle with a rubber dropper.)
To Use
Wet your hair with warm water and then apply the conditioning blend. Let it sit on your hair for 15-30 minutes. Then, wash your hair as normal. Be sure to read the safety and contraindication information for Lavender Essential Oil before trying this blend. Be very careful if using this in the shower because the jojoba can make the shower/tub floor surface very slippery.
