Essential Oil Facial Toner
This simple yet beautiful hydrosol toner incorporates Witch Hazel Hydrosol and Neroli Hydrosol to help tone, soothe and support healthy skin.
- 2 fl. oz. Witch Hazel Hydrosol
- 2 fl. oz. Neroli Hydrosol
The Witch Hazel that you buy in drugstores is not the same as Witch Hazel Hydrosol. Drugstore variety Witch Hazel contains about 14% alcohol.
Add the hydrosols to a 4 oz. bottle and shake to mix well.
Apply to your face using a cotton ball. Avoid eye area.
