Aromatherapy Recipe for Bruising

Helichrysum Essential Oil is a heralded as a remarkable anti-inflammatory oil, and it can be helpful in easing the discomfort and unsightliness of bruising.

Ingredients

Directions

Mix the Helichrysum into the carrier oil well and store in an amber or other dark colored glass bottle.

Other Anti-Inflammatory Essential Oils

Roman Chamomile, German Chamomile and Yarrow Essential Oils are also good anti-inflammatories and can be adapted into this recipe.

When selecting and using essential oils, be sure to follow all safety precautions, research the safety and contraindications for each oil and remember that aromatherapy should not be used as a substitute for proper medical treatment.

To Use

Apply lightly to bruises 1-2 times a day. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort or irritation.
