Orange Spice Essential Oil Diffuser Blend
The warm, natural aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and orange combine to make a sweet and spicy aromatic blend that is perfect for diffusing during Thanksgiving, Christmas and the entire winter/holiday season. The below directions are intended to create a diffuser blend, but it is also lovely to use with potpourri.
- 10 drops Sweet Orange
- 5 drops Ginger
- 8 drops Cinnamon
- 1 drop Nutmeg
Add your oils to a 2 ml dark colored glass bottle and mix well. If you would like to make a larger quantity, multiply the recipe above and add to a larger bottle.
- Add 1-2 drops of this blend to your diffuser. Diffuse by following the manufacturers instructions.
Important Safety Considerations
- Be sure to follow all safety precautions and always research the safety info and contraindications for each essential oil that you are considering working with.
- Although some sources recommend or imply that it's ok to leave your diffuser running continuously, it's safest to diffuse for only a few minutes every hour or so.
- This blend is not intended for topical use. It is only intended for occasional use in diffusers or to impart natural aroma to potpourri.
