I'm so sorry...

Due to my busy schedule and the limited scope of email/private messages, I am not able to respond to requests asking for recommendations on what is the best essential oil to use for a specific situation, condition, illness, problem or goal. I am also not able to provide formulation assistance, essential oil selection or ingredient substitution recommendations regarding existing or custom recipes and blends.

If you haven't already, please refer to AromaWeb and its Guides and Articles area, particularly the Essential Oil Blending Guide.

The Recipes, Essential Oil Profiles, Hydrosol Profiles and Carrier Oil Profiles are also helpful sources for information.
