Most all recipes in this work are easy to make. 500 Forumas for Aromatherapy does contain recipe categories that are not contained in The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy. Besides the synergies and formulas in this 128-page book, it also contains some essential oil introductory information, safety information, and short descriptions of about sixty oils.
