Aromatherapy Blend for Bruises
Ingredients:
Directions: Mix the Helichrysum into the carrier oil well and store in an amber or other dark colored glass bottle. Other Anti-Inflammatory Essential Oils: Roman Chamomile, German Chamomile and Yarrow Essential Oils are also good anti-inflammatories and can be adapted into this recipe. To Use: Apply lightly to bruises 1-2 times a day.
