I'm the leery/precautious type, and I was initially skeptical of this book. I originally discovered and bought this book on Amazon.com over two years ago when I was searching for books pertaining to specific aspects of strength training. When I bought it, I held the expectation that I would likely find this to be a book full of hype or unhealthy/inaccurate suggestions. No book can include "Everything You Need to Know" on any given subject, and I resent it when publishers and authors that make such exaggerated claims.
Having said that, I took the chance on the book and was pleased with the useful and thought provoking information on fat loss that I found within its pages. This book is NOT for those that want some easy recipes, a quickie style program or a "Do Exactly This" style diet book. That is probably why I found this book valuable. I want to know the specific background of why strategies work and be educated so I can make my own choices.
This book has nothing to do with aromatherapy, but as it helped me lose a noteworthy amount of weight and increase my muscle mass, I wanted to include it here.
