Lemon Verbena Hydrosol

Lemon Verbena Hydrosol is less "lemony" and a bit less tangy than either Lemongrass Hydrosol or Melissa Hydrosol. It has a pleasant aroma that is both citrusy and slightly green and floral.

Reported Properties, Uses and Applications: Suzanne Catty refers to Lemon Verbena Hydrosol as sedating and "a powerful mental relaxant and stress buster." Emotionally, she suggests its use for building confidence. She reports that Lemon Verbena Hydrosol is a strong anti-inflammatory, and recommends its use as a mouthwash. Len and Shirley Price report that Lemon Verbena Hydrosol possesses the following properties: antiinflammatory, balancing, calming, digestive, general tonic."
