event is the start date for the event or course.

Submit Your Aromatherapy Related Event
Please use the below form to submit your event
for consideration.
The criteria for events is as follows:
- You must either be an AromaWeb advertiser or be submitting
an event on behalf of a non-profit status aromatherapy organization
or other non-profit organization. Your event must be of interest
to the aromatherapy community.
- AromaWeb reserves the right to limit the number of events per
school or organization to 4 per year. AromaWeb will consider accepting
additional events per advertiser for a modest additional fee,
based upon the number and frequency of additional events.
- The Calendar of Events is intended to list one-time special
events such as seminars, conferences, weekend courses and similar
events. Ongoing home study classes cannot be accepted.
- Only events submitted using the below form will be considered.
- The Calendar of Events does not have room to include full details
of your event. You must be able to provide a URL that visitors
can go to for detailed information about the specific event that
you are submitting.
- Please do not combine multiple events into one form submission.
Submit each event separately.
- AromaWeb will review and add newly submitted events once every
7-10 days. Please submit events in advance as far as possible.
- Due to the time it will take to personally maintain the calendar,
please strive to provide complete and accurate event information
at the time of your initial submission.
- AromaWeb reserves the right to deny adding any event that it
believes is not suitable for appearance within the calendar.
- AromaWeb also reserves to modify the event criteria at any time.
