Terms of Use
By sending an AromaGram, you completely agree to the
following:
- AromaGrams cannot be sent anonymously. You must provide accurate information
when completing the "Send This AromaGram" form.
- Using the AromaGram service to send spam or advertising/solicitations
of any kind is prohibited.
- You must not use the AromaGram service to send obscene, offensive,
threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous or illegal messages. This
includes any unauthorized use of material protected by patent, copyright,
trademark or other intellectual property right or violates rights of
privacy or publicity, or violates export control laws.
- Your IP address, time of submission and other details will be logged
in the event of abuse of the AromaGram service.
- AromaWeb takes no liability or responsibility for the content of any
AromaGram. AromaWeb does not review or edit the content of AromaGrams
before they are sent. AromaWeb reserves the right to delete AromaGram
cards after seven days.
- AromaWeb reserves the right to disclose the contents of your private
communications including your IP address and other information to law
enforcement authorities as AromaWeb deems necessary. In the sole discretion
of AromaWeb, we may provide this information directly to the recipient(s)
of any submission that violates these Terms of Service.
- AromaWeb assumes no liability for your use of AromaWeb or the AromaGram
service. AromaWeb makes no warrantes that the AromaGrams will meet any
expectations or that the service is secure, error free or sent in a
timely manner.
- Your use of AromaWeb and the AromaGram service is done at your own
risk. AromaWeb assumes no liability and takes no responsibility for
any damage resulting from your use of the AromaGram service.
